After taking a few bites, I discovered a hair in my food. I showed it to one of the employees named Susan, who is Asian. Instead of apologizing, she asked how the hair got there and whether it was big or small. This is not how a Subway employee should treat a customer, regardless of the situation. Although I remained quiet at the moment, I ultimately decided to throw away the sandwich and determined that I would never return again.
