  My wife ordered a sub online, picked it up, and upon getting home discovered that either the chicken or the cheese had a disgusting, rotten taste. Unfortunately, she had already taken a couple of bites before realizing something was seriously wrong. She had to drive all the way back to the store to request a replacement. The employee had to call his manager just to get approval for a simple remake of the sandwich — something that should have been handled immediately given the food safety issue. They offered zero compensation, no apology, and no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. When I asked to include the avocado that the sandwich is supposed to come with, they gave clear attitude, as if it was an unreasonable request. Meanwhile, none of the ingredients behind the counter looked remotely fresh. This place is poorly managed from top to bottom. Serving potentially spoiled food that could cause food poisoning, then treating customers like inconveniences when they report it, is completely unacceptable. Zero accountability, terrible customer service, and questionable food quality. This is the last time we ever step foot in this location. Avoid at all costs.
