I was overcharged by the employee at the counter, and when I asked about the pricing, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they either didn’t know the correct prices or didn’t care to explain the charge properly. I’ve been a regular customer, but this lack of transparency and poor customer service really makes me reconsider coming back. I hope management addresses this issue and trains the staff better on proper pricing and customer communication.
