    Horrible customer service. Workers didn’t want to help elderly woman on the kiosk so my husband and I had too. They also messed up on our order on top of the horrible customer service. They have terrible attitudes as well.

    I came in there’s a big line. You now have to order on a screen . It’s 3/2/26 and the only worker here keeps disappearing to the back room . I been here like 15 min my sandwich along 3 others hasn’t even been started yet. Looks like I’ll be here another 15 min . Never will I be back here .

    Lady's here got mad on a kid who wanted to see how his subway was made. Horrible attitude, multiple oldery couple tried to order and didnt know how to order on the kiosk. They advised everything has to be done on the kiosk. They dont take orders in person. All this happened while we were there. I dont want to be rude but neither had a name tag. The young lady with glasses and piercings and the old lady with the big lips were here this day. Both of them have awful customer service.
