  Worst subway… waited 15 minutes for a sandwich. Rush hour 5:30 pm and only one employee and one of the slowest I have ever seen and the manager o other person just came out to check on her but did not help at all. Asked for a cup for water and was told no longer have cups for water… I think this is illegal but not sure.

  This Subway has SIX kiosks and still refuses to let you order with a real person and have your sandwich made in front of you. You’re forced to waste time poking through a kiosk menu that’s clunky and unclear, and by the end you’re basically guessing how your order will translate in real life. The whole point of Subway is customization while you watch it being made. If I wanted to interpret a touchscreen and hope it comes out right, I’d order delivery. This location prioritizes unnecessary tech over basic customer service and employees who can actually take an order. Recommendation: avoid this Subway and go to one that still understands what “made your way” mean

  Pésimo servicio empleada de nombre Sara se negó atenderme Qe por Qe para eso estaban la máquinas atendió a dos personas adelante de mi y dijo los atendió x Qe se habían equivocado con la cara torcida me dijo Qe no y se burló cuando le pedí el nombre yo le dije no trai lentes y me dolía mi cabeza Qe porfavor me ayudara y bien encabronada me dijo ya cayese la boy atender por Qe contestan a gente tan incompetente me salí súper enojada soy diabética y mo como del coraje me dijo varias veces repórteme repórteme Qe le pasa ys está mayor de edad seguro no volveré gente como ella altanera debo decir Qe yo muy molesta tmb la insulte asco de personal ignoro el procedimiento insisto hay modo y educación zero de zero modales de esta tipa de nombre Sara

  Pésimo servicio no atienden y si les pides algo se enojan y se esconden no salen antes Demi un señor se fue. Enojado por el mal servicio
