We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    I was genuinely excited to try this place after watching an episode of Undercover Boss, which honestly makes this experience even more disappointing. It’s incredibly sad to think there’s an executive board somewhere overseeing this operation while food like this is being sent out the door. I’m a food and beverage manager and a connoisseur—I don’t say that lightly. This food should’ve been served in a trash bag. The fries were barely warm, only mildly crispy, and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in days. I live eight minutes away, and I still tried to make the best of them on the drive home. When I got home, I decided to temp the burger out of concern, not curiosity. It didn’t even crack 90°F. At that point, I was genuinely scared to eat it. To make matters worse, the bun was stale—even though I understand all their sandwiches are supposed to come with grilled buns. Not today. ☹️ This isn’t nitpicking—this is basic food quality and food safety. Do better.
