- VCVictoria CastroJan 26, 20262.0I literally told this girl I didn't want nutella in my bowl, all she said was “next time order it without nutella” mind you they hadn't even made it yet and she was just being very disrespectful. She kept the nutella.

Got an acai bowl with rotten banana hidden under a ton of granola (all of the fruit was underneath the granola) and I went back inside so they can remake it for me she didn’t even let me finish talking she just took it from my hands and tossed it - when she brought the second one she just said “here u go” and walked away from the counter before I even got there. Never apologized - she was just super rude… when I am walking away I notice that the new acai bowl had a lot of honey dripping down the side of it all the way around. 😏 I didn’t even bother I just went back to get her name to file a complaint on the terrible customer service 👎🏼 I wish I would have taken a pic of the first one and the brown rotten banana 🤦🏻♀️ and the way it was served
- MVMountain ViewSep 10, 20255.0I’m not familiar with the menu, so the cashier Zakeesha describing how the drinks taste like helped me in differentiating the smoothies and the blended coffee that I ended up getting the “buzzin mocha moo’d” which I loved so much. She also mentioned food bites, which I thought was a good initiative in promoting the products. I added Mozzarella bites and Waffle to my order. It’s just September but good job to the entire crew for decorating the store with Halloween design. I see the teamwork of the guy cleaning up while the girl took orders. I’ll definitely go back!
