  Walk in, no one is there to greet you, then look at my video, I end up with a ton of frozen chunks of fruit because my drink was hardly blended. Disappointed…

  I’ve had this happen multiple times now. I arrive at this location around 9:15 PM, after exiting the I-5 specifically to come here, and this is the fourth time in a row that the employees say they don’t have any toppings available for the bowls. They only offer drinks. If that’s the case late at night, it would be helpful to let customers know ahead of time. Otherwise people are getting off the freeway for nothing. Don’t make the trip expecting a bowl if you’re coming later in the evening.

  After working the night shift, all I wanted was a waffle bowl before I went to bed . I ordered a strawberry/blueberry with coconut whip and bananas. Instead I got a warm soupy waffle bowl with very starchy and bitter bananas . I can’t believe that the 2 employees really thought it was ok to serve me that , no common sense at all . This isn’t the first time I had problems here , but I’m over it . This location is trash . I’ll drive somewhere else for now on .

  VERY slow service. Took 20 mins to get 2 drinks. On top of that the drinks were below average and pricey. Do not recommend.

  Wish I could give this an even lower score. I have been going to Jamba Juice for years and I always order the same drink. Mind you I've ordered it at this location as well as others without issues until yesterday. I always order a raspberry dream machine which is on the secret menu and not once have I ever been told anything except ok and charged. Last night I come to this location and order it and am told by the drive through attendant that's not a real drink. I proceed to calmly advise I order it all the time and it's on there online secret menu. She then gives me attitude and says just because its online does not mean she knows how to make it and if I want it I need to order it online then. I pull up to talk to the manager who is very calm trying to defend his employee but at this point I am livid. I don't need attitude from someone because they hate their job, if you don't want to work then quit. She come to the window starting another argument with me saying she is new. Well if you're new and don't know everything ask your manager instead of telling me no and giving me attitude. As someone who deals with people all day for work I would never argue with a customer. She then storms off throwing something like a child. Worst customer service ever ending with me not getting my drink as the manager who came to the window was to busy dealing with her to handle the issue of my drink. I will never be back at this location ever again. I can see why the reviews at this location are so horrible. With employees like this you might want to save yourself money by just closing the location.
