  My friend and I came in, ordered a couple of bagels sandwiches, and waited 15 minutes. We decided to ask what was going on. The cashier got another worker maybe a manager to help figure out where our order was and decided it was not there. She offered to reorder our bagels, we decided to cancel the order, we were not offered anything but to put the order in again. Customer service is currently absent at this Einstein Bagels.

  This location is not terrible, but H Street has definitely got you guys beat. Also our bagel was not toasted.

  The manager at the location in Eastlake has a bad attitude, she didn't like that I asked for senior discount and she didn't want to give me chocolate chip cookie instead of the chips , I know they do that at other locations,not a good way to treat a customer..

  I walked in and was the second person in line for lunch and I had to wait about 15 minutes. My two cents — I think your sandwich person or someone else can be crosstrained to use the register so that there are two people at the register especially for a busy lunch time, and especially if youre sandwich person doesn’t have anything to do. I saw two people walk out because the line was taking too long. Five stars because I always want to support Eastlake businesses, but I wanted to give some constructive feedback as a customer. Food was ready within 5 minutes, so it was pretty fast after ordering.
