I walked in and was the second person in line for lunch and I had to wait about 15 minutes. My two cents — I think your sandwich person or someone else can be crosstrained to use the register so that there are two people at the register especially for a busy lunch time, and especially if youre sandwich person doesn’t have anything to do. I saw two people walk out because the line was taking too long. Five stars because I always want to support Eastlake businesses, but I wanted to give some constructive feedback as a customer. Food was ready within 5 minutes, so it was pretty fast after ordering.

Brand new store so everything looks clean. Ordered a toasted bagel with smear.... Got an untoasted bagel with smear on half the bagel. Ordered online with their app. My bagel was there but missing my coffee. Tried to get attention of one of the staff to let them know I needed a cup so I can complete my order. The girl wanted me to get in the long ordering line. I think she should have listened first. No greeting. No customer service. Just see me and tell me to get in line. So much for online ordering. Hope she wasn't the manager. Wish there was more counter space to prepare your coffee.

New location Eastlake and already a disaster. First of all, when walked in there 11/04/25 8:35am, they had the doors wide open and smelled like BURNT toast… or in this case Bagels!!! Location was chaotic and not clear where to form line to order. Customers where cutting each other off and arguing as to where line begins and ends. No one in management or restaurant staff intervenes or offers guidance as to flow of customer traffic. Staff is lacking serious customer service skills and Needs to be retained as they lack basic food handling skills, knowledge and etiquette. Ordered the NovaLox and my everything bagel was COLD , never toasted, and the tomato was like 1/2 an inch thick. Two whole capers and one sliver of red onion was included in my sad excuse of a sandwich! Who the hell put this thing together and thought this was good to sell to someone?! Also ordered 1/2 dozen bagels and they failed to slice in half, and I made sure to remind cashier to slice. Please retrain this sad excuse of a crew or better yet , hire people with at least basic concepts of how to make a sandwich or handle food. Will keep going to location on H street because this location is by far the MOST SUBSTANDARD and worst work ethic I’ve ever seen in this food chain. Do better! Customer satisfaction is your livelihood!

First time there was wonderful! We went on Saturday morning.
Second time was not wonderful. Went on Sunday morning. They got our order completely wrong. We ended up driving back and told them and they remade it. They got it wrong again. There was no apology or anything.
I understand it’s probably their first busy Sunday so we’re trying to give some grace. I wish they prioritized quality over rushing to get orders out.

It was their grand opening today. Super friendly staff and overall great atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to sit and eat and the location is perfect. I’ve been waiting for this location to open for a while. Bagel was delicious and the service was perfect. Highly recommended
