    I would like to leave a complaint specifically about the coffee Vanilla Hazelnut Medium Roast. This coffee is constantly unavailable — it is almost always empty, and staff do not monitor or refill it on time. Every time I visit, I end up waiting 15–20 minutes for a new batch to be made, which is very inconvenient and causes regular delays. I want to emphasize that the food here is truly delicious — the pastries and meals are consistently great, and that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. But the constant absence of my favorite coffee affects the overall experience. I believe the coffee station needs more attention, especially when this flavor is clearly in high demand. I really hope this can be improved. Thank you.
