Mgr Cecilia if she could create a single, cranberry bagel in the shape of a "9" to match my card on the theme of "I'd love you for all my 9 lives" (cat-themed card). She even suggested the perfect size box to go with it. An inspired, romantic touch, no? I also asked if she could have my order ready early on Feb 14. Cecelia rose to the occasion with Valentine’s flair. Love is alive at Einstein’s. (No, my bagel is NOT for my cat!) Thanks, Cecelia!

Every time I visit, I end up waiting 15–20 minutes for a new batch to be made, which is very inconvenient and causes regular delays. I want to emphasize that the food here is truly delicious — the pastries and meals are consistently great, and that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. But the constant absence of my favorite coffee affects the overall experience. I believe the coffee station needs more attention, especially when this flavor is clearly in high demand. I really hope this can be improved. Thank you.
