- MSMaira SalcedoMar 6, 20262.0I’m so beyond disappointed. I have been coming here a while now and supporting them since they opened. Sometimes my drink tasted off but never anything too crazy. Today my drink so undrinkable I had to leave a review. I get the drive through can get busy but I know a dead shot when I taste one and coming from a previous barista, you NEVER serve a dead shot because it ruins the whole taste of the drink for a paying customer. It’s a lazy thing to do, baristas know when a shot has been sitting there too long and they should just pull a new one.

These lovely girls had such bubbly personalities and while engaging with them they made me laugh a couple times. I’m always satisfied with my drink and the employees here have good energy. Thank you Natalie for the Dutch pins. These girls deserve some props! Spread the kindness!
- MRMichael RobertsFeb 14, 20264.0I personally love Dutch bros coffee and have partaken of their drinks in many locations across the country. The location here is Chula is amazing just for proximity. There are frequently long wait times during the weekend and i would recommend ordering ahead via the app. The only issue i have ever had with this location is the atmosphere. It is always quite pleasant and all the staff are very nice but the music is an issue. As is to be expected, the music is frequently different and fun for people who must wait in line, however, there are frequent occurrences where the exterior speaker plays music that is so loud it leaves your ears echoing and prevents you from hearing them call your name and leaves your head ringing for hours after. Not recommended to bring children for safety.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
