When I arrived to pick up my order, a young male employee cashed me out even though the order was already sitting on the rack and had been ready since 5:54 PM. My total was $40.10. I gave him $50.00 and clearly stated the remaining amount was a holiday tip for the team. Instead, he handed three employees one dollar each and pocketed the rest. Even more disturbing, after handling cash, neither he nor the other employees washed their hands before continuing food preparation. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I never received a receipt, and the employee did not return. Another employee, Antwan, stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation professionally—he was clearly embarrassed by his coworker’s actions. I left the store around 6:45 PM without a receipt or proper explanation. I expect Domino’s management to take this matter seriously and contact me directly. This behavior reflects poorly on your store and is not something I would expect from Domino’s #Antwancanhelp
