  I had the most frustrating customer service experience of my life. As a pregnant woman, I’m very sensitive about my hunger, so I was particularly upset. The app was having issues and wouldn’t let me pay for my order, so I tried calling in. The app had estimated my delivery time to be between 10 and 17 minutes, so the store wasn’t very busy. When I called, I was placed on hold and waited for 15 minutes before wondering if I had been forgotten. I hung up and called back, and someone answered within seconds but ended the call. I called a third time and was told to hold, only to be placed back on hold for another 20 minutes. At this point, I decided it was easier to place the order through the app and kept trying until my payment finally went through 30 minutes later. I had an estimated pick-up time for my order, but when I went to check on the status, it showed that the store had already completed the order and given it away. I was so confused and frustrated. I called them again, and of course, someone answered within seconds only to end the call. This happened four times. I kept calling because they already had my money and I needed answers. Finally, I got through to someone who didn’t immediately place me on hold and demanded a refund. I don’t know if the staff is young and irresponsible or burnt out, but based on other reviews, corporate needs to make a change and fast! I wouldn’t trust these people to handle my food. I ended up going to a different location. Oh, and I recorded all of this in case anyone says anything different. - signed frustrated pregnant lady who only wanted a pizza

  Our order of 8 pieces of buffalo chicken wings smelled and tasted like chlorine. We disposed of it because we were not going to consume that in its condition. The wings were very poorly-handled.

  All I have to say is Maggie is an amazing worker always makes our pizza to perfection!!! SHOUT TO MAGGIE

  Terrible customer service. Waited more than an hour and a half for pick up and they kept saying they’re still working on it. Then i kept calling and they said they couldn’t find my order. Idk if im gonna get a refund or not. They always take forever and the employees are so uncooperative. Pls save your time and money and don’t order from this location.
