  I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during the Wednesday shift. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, it was clear this was going to be a disaster. The two employees at the front, a male around 5'6" with dark brown/blackish hair and a girl of similar height, immediately looked at each other and started talking in Spanish. I couldn't help but feel like we were the subject of their conversation, especially when they kept making remarks in Spanish and laughing while looking directly at us. Their behavior was not only rude but also incredibly unprofessional. They skimped on our portions, and the overall quality of the food was shockingly poor. My girlfriends quesadilla was half-cooked with unmelted cheese, and the rice was served in small half portions, some of which was cold. To top it off, as I sat there, I could see these same employees nudging each other, looking at us, laughing, with their hands on their hips. It was clear they were mocking us, and it made for an incredibly uncomfortable experience. This isn't my first time at this location, and I've always enjoyed the food and service on other days. However, this particular experience was by far the worst I've ever had at Chipotle. It seems the issue lies with the two individuals working that shift. I hope Chipotle will address this issue promptly, as it reflects poorly on your brand and customer service standards. After we ate: my girlfriend was given a nasty look by the man. He was the one who made this worse for us. He kept giving us looks and laughing. I am not sure on the phone policy at Chipotle but he was on his phone while at the counter, and didn’t even wash his hands after. So again unprofessional, uncleanly, and uncomfortable experience based on the guy we also have a photo of him if needed

  I usually don't post many food reviews and have been coming here for a while but y'all... what is this. Look how small my burrito is. For 13 dollars? I can't lmao. Definitely will be trying a different chipotle.

  Great Customer Service! There was a long line when we arrived but it moved quickly! Definitely Recommend!

  I bought 3 Bowls 5 Burritos. Way too expensive for all meals to each be loaded with rice then a sprinkle of meat. Service was fast but sloppy. I should have read other peoples 1-2 star reviews with same issue. Be aware of meat portions.

  DON’T GO HERE. Portioning is crazy small This was 4 scoops of rice, 4 scoops of beans & 1 scoop chicken, extra cheese and pico. They’re one of those chipotle’s that cheap out on everything. If they cheap out on rice and beans… you can easily imagine how cheap they are with meat. I don’t recommend this one. The chipotle by the college on H street is what I’m use to and appreciate.
