    I asked for double chicken and got one scoop. I paid $30 for half of a burrito and I received the wrong drink. I am disabled and have to rely on food delivery services. I cannot walk into the store to return my order. I called the number multiple times and no one answers the phone.     I’ve visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill location a few times, and I’ll start by saying the food quality here is actually better than other locations in the area. The portions are consistent and the ingredients have been fresh during earlier visits, which is why I gave it multiple chances. That said, the level of service and overall atmosphere has been consistently disappointing. One thing that stood out right away is the lack of diversity among the staff. More concerning, however, is how that seemed to reflect in customer interactions. The service did not feel consistent across the board. From my observations, African American customers did not receive the same level of service. The difference in tone, engagement, and overall treatment was noticeable and concerning. Interactions felt less attentive and, at times, dismissive compared to other customers, which significantly impacted the overall experience. During my visit, I also observed a male employee repeatedly addressing African American male customers as “Boss” in a dismissive and careless tone. It didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming—if anything, it felt forced and uncomfortable. The delivery and body language made the interaction feel more disrespectful than hospitable. There is also a clear drop in food quality during the evening shift. The beans were extremely watered down and lacked flavor, the food was not being served hot, and overall quality was noticeably worse compared to earlier in the day. On top of that, the lobby was not being maintained—tables were left dirty, floors needed attention, and the space felt neglected. The daytime management also needs improvement when it comes to customer experience. A manager should be setting the tone for the staff, but instead, the demeanor came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the priority, based on the looks and overall presence when entering the store. Overall, it’s frustrating because the food has the potential to be solid, but the inconsistency in service, noticeable differences in treatment, lack of cleanliness, and decline in evening quality take away from the experience. With better leadership, consistent standards, and a more inclusive and respectful approach to customer service, this location could easily be one of the better ones in the area. Right now, it falls short.

    Ordered this "extra chicken" burrito with rice and beans. $19 for this tiny little thing. Smallest burrito with extra protein ive ever seen. Terrible. I'm requesting a refund from my Uber order immediately

    The middle aged Hispanic lady who seems to be the supervisor does not have any customer service skills. I’ve seen a customer get angry at her before so I don’t blame her for lacking customer service skills.
