  Horrible service, they always mess up my order or I have items missing. 20+ minute wait in the drive through is ridiculous. I usually go during my lunch break so if they mess up my order I can't really go back and complain because there goes my entire lunch. I've seen workers not wearing gloves and touching there face and then food without washing hands. Will never go to this place again.

  Horrible wait-time, horrible prices for horrible portions of tiny kid-sized bites of chicken (which was supposed to be at three-piece chicken, tender à la carte), horrible service. I would suggest going anywhere else, but whoever goes there, they are going to get ripped off and your portion is not gonna be what you paid for, unless you got a lap band surgery and eat like a bird, or actually end up feeding a bird.

  It’s pretty surprising that a KFC/Taco Bell combo location in 2026 still doesn’t allow Taco Bell online or app ordering. A huge number of customers order through the Taco Bell app for convenience and rewards, so when that option isn’t available people usually just go to another location that supports it. From a business standpoint, this feels like a clear missed revenue opportunity. Turning away easy mobile orders in a digital-first world doesn’t make much sense.
