- FRFlip RobledoJan 12, 20261.0Very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a protein pocket and was told I couldn't add jalapeños. I asked for 4 slices. His response was rude and I didn't get my jalapeños lol. That will be the last time I go to that store. So all this is BS on the web: Subway's most famous slogan is "Eat Fresh," used for years to highlight fresh ingredients and customization. Customization is the key word here. Thanks for not doing your part Subway. Now its your time to shine Subway. Let's see what kind of customer service you really have................
