    I don't know what's with this location that they seem to always mess up my order. Whether it be wrong. Or missing items. I got chips they were stale. And they didn't include the salsa that they asked me about four times. Edit: The owner left a response to leave the feedback on the website. I tried and this store is not listed.

    Gramma was released from hospital and she wanted pollo Loco. I bought the family pack + 1/2 more chicken and I ask for chicken breast. I didn’t got what I pay for. They give us chicken thighs and chicken legs. $48 I was pretty upset chicken tasted old. Never going back.

    Worst ever. I ordered a 2 piece white Did not get my flour tortillas, no salad dressing, chicken was so dry & this was today 11/11 @ 1:15 pm, salad was brown! Discussing!!!! I tried calling to complain but they didnt answer!! This is not the first time , don’t waists your time @ money going there!!!!!

    I never had a problem with any orders. Caesar and Rosy have exceptional customer service! They also keep the place clean.

    Honestly a little upset with the service. I ordered the tostada bowl, and the self checkout wasn't working, so they rung me up on the register. I asked if I would be charged for the other order, and the employee helping me said no. I check my bank account, and it turns out I was charged twice. When I asked for refund it took a while for them to figure out what to do, no apology for charging me twice. Now I have to wait for a refund. Probably won't go to this specific location again. The food was good though.
