  Food doesn't ever miss, but oh my goodness, their entire line system is horrendous. They can have a line of 20 people in the store and only one person is helping customers. One person STANDING at the register waiting to cash out. You have 4 people. FOUR prepping, and 2 people doing online orders..? Why do you have 2 people doing orders for people who aren't even at the store yet...? Like hello The worst part is the managers will sit there and let the poor person in tge front suffer. It is absolutely ridiculous, so many people standing around when you have people walking out of your store becuase the wait is too long. You guys need a serious operations restructuring

  This chipotle deserves NEGATIVE STARS. I am honestly beyond frustrated at this point. This is at least the 10th time I have ordered through the Chipotle app and the items I paid extra for such as guac, red chimichurri, or queso are simply missing from my order. How do you repeatedly forget the paid add ons? These are not small mistakes. I am being charged EXTRA and not receiving what I paid for. As a vegetarian, guac is not just a topping for me. It is my substitute for meat and a major part of the meal. When you forget it, I am basically left with a bowl of rice and vegetables. What exactly am I supposed to eat? I understand mistakes happen once or twice, but when this becomes a consistent pattern it shows a serious lack of quality control and accountability. If you are going to charge premium prices for add ons, you need to actually include them. I want to keep ordering from Chipotle, but at this point I cannot justify paying extra for items that never show up. Please fix your order accuracy because customers should not have to double check every order like this.

  I recently visited Chipotle and honestly, it’s one of my go-to spots when I want something quick but still filling. I usually get a bowl, and I love how customizable everything is. you can literally build it exactly how you want. The portions are generous, and the ingredients taste fresh most of the time. I order bowls without meat, and add beans and rice, with fajitas and queso. The queso is really yum. And get all the sauces! Sometimes it can get a little crowded and the staff may seem rushed, but overall the service is pretty quick. If you want something tasty, customizable, and satisfying, Chipotle is always a solid choice.

  We love their chicken bowls and burritos and the employees are always friendly. If you want to dine it, it's always clean and the bathrooms are clean too.

  Haven’t gone to this place after finding avocado seed in their guac in my burrito couple years ago when they first opened. This time had a guy who doesn’t even know how to make a burrito struggling to make one and making a complete mess of my burrito. I didn’t ask for anything extra so it wasn’t even overfilled. Was a red flag when he was sprinkling few pieces of shredded cheese and lettuce when I ordered it in my burrito. Another staff saw him struggling and finally came to fix my already screwed up burrito and started training him with my burrito. Why did I pay for trainees’ test burrito? Why do they have untrained staff serving customers. After all these years, you would think they would’ve figured things out, but the management is just hopeless in this location.
