  Manager Omar - arrogance at its best! Do I have to remember his whole team names as customer, "sorry, unless you dont tell the name of night time person who worked sunday 3 weeks ago, I cant help you, nothing is written in my office" They messed up my order big time with putting beef in vegetarian option and not they do not have guts to accept the fact. ZERO for the customer service recovery and satisfaction

  They've messed up my order a few times and I always know I should check before I leave but sometimes im in a hurry and put it in good faith that they did their job correctly. But its a hit/miss depending on who's there and what time you go

  I had mobile order my taco bell for 4:30, I get to the restaurant at 4:32 and my order is gone. I stood around for a while before someone could even ask me do you need anything. Then when i told them i was here to pick up my order they said it is gone and start to act like it is my fault. They proceeded to ask to see my email confirmation and then said they have to see what happened because apparently this has happened before. While I was waiting for them to figure it out, the manager then clapped his hands to let me know that they are remaking my order. The manager is very rude and this whole situation was an inconvenience and NOT MY FAULT. have a better screening for pick up orders.

  This is probably one of the worst food establishments i’ve ever been to. Always messing up orders, taking way too long even when there’s no other cars in line. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. Trust me the rating on this place is for a reason. Absolute Garbage.
