It makes you feel like you're at an 1800s Louisiana jazz bar. You have the option to sit at the food bar where they can cook in front of you or at a table. The service is immediate and pleasant. Now... the food! I would highly recommend the House Pan Roast at spice level 7!! The flavor is out of this world and it feels like there's something new to discover with each bite. The sauce is extremely creamy and smooth,and the rice compliments the texture so well. I've ordered this twice now and will definitely come back again!
