- CMChris MckinleyFeb 20, 20261.0This mcdonalds has been steadily declining and today broke the camels back. My family tries to give this mcdonalds chance after chance only to be disappointed. Today when I ordered, not only was I rushed to finish my order forcing me to update it at the window, but had to listen to someone on the drive through speaker literally argue with the customer behind me!! To top it all off, the sprite that I ordered had no syrup and was literally a carbonated water. Plus the McCrispy is supposed to be Crispy, not dry and almost burned to a crisp. Please check your syrups and cooking oil. I understand that things can get busy and we're all human, but it seems pretty systematic at this point.
