I walked in and placed a mid-sized order for a team lunch, I thought the order was wrong, but double checked and the order appeared right. Once I arrived to the office, I called because I realized my order was in fact wrong. I was going to drive back to Luna Grill to get it situated but Miguel learned of the mistake and crafted both meals and hand delivered to my office. That's what you call amazing customer focused service. Thank you to Miguel and the Chino Hills Luna Grill team. We appreciate your efforts!

I have to mention I do miss speaking to Henry who used to be the old General Manager before he left. But I have to say his Assistant General Manager Miguel has been doing a phenomenal job. It feels like Henry never left. The service is still tip top from him and the service crew, food quality is still great and the restaurant always clean compared to Eastvale’s location where my business is closer too. Chino Hills Luna Grill doesn’t disappoint. I want to say this is like my second home and I appreciate how Miguel and the crew receive me and my family. Only a few local restaurants make me feel like home and this is one of them.
