  Went here with my friend, super nice atmosphere, workers were amazing. Came in during a rush, but they worked fast, and Maryssa at the register was amazing, super bubbly and nice. The bathroom was also super clean compared to other locations!

  Cava is one of our favorite places to get a quick meal and the service is always top notch but today was especially excellent. We were trying to taste the new chicken shawarma however they were out and we were taking pretty long to figure out what we wanted instead and we felt quite bad as a line was forming. When we finally decided, several items were out for the night which is expected but still pretty disappointing, our server was very patient and apologetic about the whole situation that we didn’t mind any of it. He then took our order and also rang us up at the register and ended up giving it to us on the house which was so so kind and we really appreciated it. We weren’t expecting this at all considering there was a rush and they seemed quite busy but the fact that they took the time to communicate all of our options to us and be so gracious about our requests made us want to make sure our experience was made note of. We weren’t able to get the gentleman at the counter’s name but we are so grateful to him! The food was also great as usual :)

  Wow, this is probably the best CAVA I've been too the service was amazing. Shout out to the girl at the register, Maryssa was super nice and had amazing customer service. Can't wait come back

  This was my first visit to CAVA and it was GREAT! To start the restaurant was really clean and the food smelled amazing. The manager on duty Andrew was very helpful explaining the ordering process and the ingredients that I was less familiar with. The entire team had great customer service and the food was fresh and very flavorful. I had lamb and it was so tender and tasty. I highly recommend CAVA and I'll definitely be back for more. :)

  Visited this location on the night of 12/26/25. Attempted to order a bowl with saffron rice, but was told they were out of rice. Our next option was brown rice, which would have been completely fine if it wasn't for the fact that our rice was rock hard. Upon choosing to dine in we were told by Jeff and his team "Since you guys are dining in, please don't make a mess because i already swept the floor." By far the craziest statement one could tell a customer. We then spoke with the manager about our rice situation, as we politely asked for a remake, store credit or anything to compensate for the poor food quality. To which we were told there was nothing they would since our bowls were touched. I am very displeased with the service tonight. I do think I was nothing but polite with the staff here and to think they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.
