  The worst experiences ever! Took us 45 min to get our drinks. Our food came out 1 entree at a time.(Also food was all cold) I asked for the manager and they never came to the table. Save your TIME and money, DONT GO!!!

  Extremely understaffed! Waited forever for service, never got a refill or even an offer to buy another drink during the meal. When I was done eating, I put my credit card on the table waiting for server to come by. I waited so long, a couple sat down at the bar, ordered a meal, finished eating, paid the bartender and left…all while I was still waiting to find my server and pay for my meal. I finally went to the bar and asked to pay there, but the bartender couldn’t. She took my card and went and found my server. Then he acted offended when I only tipped 10%…in reality, I shouldn’t have tipped anything!!! I walked up and left the bartender an extra $5 for her assistance. Stay away, unless you want extremely poor, slow service.

  Went there 10/22 which was a Wednesday afternoon around 6pm to celebrate my sons birthday. It was 5 of us and there was no wait. The restaurant was practically empty besides the bar area seating. We were seated and told out waitress would be with us. We sat for over 20min without being acknowledged or takingbour drink order. There were about 3 staff members just standing around talking amongst each other. I tried to waive them down but they just gave me a hold on sign. We knew this wasn't gonna be a pleasant experience after that so we decided to get up and leave after about 25min of just sitting there. I told the host as we were walking out, that no one ever came to our table. All he simply said was "ok sorry for that". We went down the way to Red Robin and recieved excellent service even tho the were quite busy! We've also had similar situation happen to us at the BWW in Montclair. Idk what's going on with BWW but seems to be going down hill. From now on will just order pick up from these 2 locations.

  I was very disappointed with this Buffalo Wild Wings the waitressing or waiters were extremely lagging the food was all skin and seasoning for the wings the best part about the whole meal was a damn potato wedges but the chicken sucked the waiter had an attitude and it took forever to get our food only got home to eat it it wasn't even worth the effort to go get it really disappointing
