- SCstephanie contrerasApr 17, 20261.0Went it and only ordered 10 boneless, appetizers and a desert. Took them 30 minutes to get our order after sitting us down. Then another hour to get our food out. My daughter wings were disappointing and she wanted more sauce but was reluctant to ask thinking they were going to take a long time and she was in fact right. After 15 minutes we asked once again if we could get some. Mind you we had to wait to enjoy our food until then. It was so disappointing. They need to provide more servers or something.
- DSDavid SandovalMar 5, 20261.0Be careful check your receipts here. A couple days after my visit, I noticed an extra $20 tip was added to my card that I never authorized. I went back and spoke with the manager, Renzo. After taking his time to find the receipt, he eventually saw that the extra tip had been added. He told me he would talk to the bartender and “most likely” refund it. Later he even reached out and said I would be getting my money back. The refund never came through. Pretty frustrating situation. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own money after being charged something they didn’t approve. Always double-check your receipts here.
