I came in specifically to purchase flowers for my partner on what was meant to be a very special and happy day. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional, indifferent, and incompetent behavior of one of your employees, I left without making a purchase. The employee showed no willingness to help, offered no guidance, and created an atmosphere that made me feel unwelcome as a customer. As a result, I did not buy flowers, and an important personal moment was completely ruined. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business. Situations like this are exactly why customers choose not to return and share negative experiences with others. I strongly recommend that you review this employee’s conduct and take appropriate corrective action.
