One time even came in for Uber Eats (I deliver as a part time job) waited for 25 minutes then they said I could pick the order up because I didn’t have a delivery bag, which I never need the multiple times that I picked up from this location. I was just in today and the lobby was FULL of people but the staff was only focused on drive through orders when another customer brought this up they said to deal with it and wait… If you want my advice save your TIME and money and go to the other Chico location, they are way more convenient and have even better customer service. -a broke college student
