I mean there’s a code for a reason and whats the point of having a car parking space if they don’t follow their own protocols!? I Did an online grocery order waited out in my car for over 10 minutes, then noticed a notification that my order had been picked up in the app. So I walked inside the store to make sure with grocery associate. I heard the associate tell “manager” and other coworker they gave my order to another customer. Remember this is without the code. When I Requested to talk to the “manager” not sure if he really was from lack of customer support. They said “sorry we can offer you 20% off”which is not a great solution for you causing an issue with my order. You gave $43.94 in free groceries to some other customer. I wasted over 20 minutes total of my time and wasted my gas, and still I didn’t get my order. They offered to shop for it, but what’s the point of online shopping if I’m already in store and wasted 20 minutes inside the store, I don’t want to wait around for their associate who gave my order to another customer because they didn’t follow their own stores policies. I will never shop at this location again. Way too many mistakes, employees are lackadaisical towards customers and they don’t treat customers like they do at Mangrove store. This Safeway sucks.1 star ⭐️ Just save the headache and go to the Mangrove store which rarely if ever makes mistakes.
