- JVJake Vilha1 day ago1.0How do you give another person my groceries!? I mean there’s a code for a reason and whats the point of having a car parking space if they don’t follow their own protocols!? I Did an online grocery order waited out in my car for over 10 minutes, then noticed a notification that my order had been picked up in the app. So I walked inside the store to make sure with grocery associate. I heard the associate tell manager and other coworker they gave my order to another customer. Remember this is without the code. When I Requested to talk to the “manager” not sure if he really was from lack of customer support. They said “sorry we can offer you 20% off”which is not a great solution for you causing an issue with my order. You gave $43.94 in free groceries to some other customer. I wasted over 20 minutes total of my time and wasted my gas, and still I didn’t get my order. They offered to shop for it, but what’s the point of online shopping if I’m already in store and wasted 20 minutes inside the store, I don’t want to wait around for their associate who gave my order to another customer because they didn’t follow their own stores policies. I will never shop at this location again. Way too many mistakes, employees are lackadaisical towards customers and they don’t treat customers like they do at Mangrove store. This Safeway sucks.1 star ⭐️ Just save the headache and go to the Mangrove store which rarely if ever makes mistakes.

I was heading to Safeway to purchase drinks, as I’m 21 and legally able to purchase alcohol. As I’m shopping an old man who I assumed was shopping approaches me and tells me to put the alcohol down. I ask him what he was talking about. He continues to hassle me about the alcohol. Takes my bottle and I try to grab it back. I assumed he was a drunk, he approaches the employee so apparently he worked there. I show my id proving I’m of age. They claim they were calling for assistance from law enforcement, even after providing valid id. I leave almost forced out of the store. Do not shop at this store

I check in on my resume twice a week, for all of jr year, all through the summer, and halfway through senior year. I never got so much as a call for an interview. I was always told there wernt hiring, but my family shopped here on the weekends and we always saw new people working there.
