- AAALYHAFeb 21, 20261.0I don’t usually go to this Dutch bros anymore because I moved side of towns I’m used to going to the one by Winco now I visited this Dutch bros stand at garner this Wednesday that just passed on the 18th at 2:39pm. I got charged 9.09$ for a medium sized redbul iced which didn’t sound right to be already because I always get the same drink I asked the girl helping me about the food price she said the prices changed once I left got home I went onto the app added the same drink to my cart I ordered and it came out to 6.95. I left it alone until I visited a different Dutch bros today and got the same drink charged the correct amount and then decided to ask if each stand charges different they said no and I explained to them what happen they even feel this Dutch bros employee might have added a tip or extra charges themselves.

They pay attention to the small detail and always greet you with a smile and positive attitude some even taking the time to know you by name and what your drink is. My dog loves the pup cups. She gets one everytime and the staff knows her by name too. Such a wonderful drink stop.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
