Went in and KK had great customer service she kindly explained that you guys do not give out paper plates anymore in a manner where I wasn't even upset about it and even offered to help me carry my pizzas out to my car for me. I declined but that was very great service will come back for KK service

Needless to say we left upset with one cold pizza and one wrong pizza. The excellent- we filled out a complaint forum through the app and within a day or two (Ki Ki?) reached out to us and offered to completely redo our order for free. Definitely saved us as a customer and showed us some love. Really grateful for businesses that own their mistakes!
