We were greeted immediately and they began our orders.... ingredients (displayed) looked good with most pans clean and eye appealing. Note: my 2 guests were serviced by an female associate with a young man taking care of my order. Nice guy with a sense of humor (we had some friendly banter) as he was making my tacos 👍 Prepared foods (Steak Quesadilla, Carne Bowl, & Barbacoa Tacos) with sides of guacamole & queso were all well prepared, fresh and delicious 👍 The only zonk and the reason for the 4 stars, was that the large bag of tortilla chips we received, were a little stale. I should have returned it (but some were edible) - one way or the other, not 100% fresh. We will be back to try some other offerings (despite the higher price than expected) ~ Note: $73 / tip included

I went back to my office (which is less than 5 minutes away)to eat and not only were the tacos ice cold, the meat wasn't even edible, there was so much fat and toughness. I ended up tossing the food after picking them apart. Seriously need a refund.

- KLKay LUSep 20, 20251.0This review is strictly for the fact that since you can't order through a drive-thru, as you are forced to pre-order, no online ordering system for them, including their own website, lets you choose just the basic bean cheese and rice burrito, which is the only burrito I eat from anywhere. You are forced to choose meat or fajitas veggies and burrito or you can't order online or on the app. It's so stupid and such an oversight and everywhere I looked online says it's a failure on their end, but it's clear they don't give a shit. So I will never be going to a Chipotle again. It's not worth going inside and waiting the insanely long line. I'm not going to get fast food like this and go stand in line LOL that's just asinine🤣
