- LHLemuel HalloranMar 31, 20261.0I have been going to this store since sept of 2021. Never had any issues until my last visit. They double charged my card, I told them at the register it went thru on my side, they said it didnt, so did my card again for them, I get home and check my account and they charged me twice. Mgr was rude and said I was wrong, I pulled up my bank statement to prove im not wrong, and now no one wants to return my call or my money. Franchise owner or district Mgr should have contacted me by now. 5 days later and still nothing. I filed a fraud case with my bank over it today. Ive literally spent a couple hours of my time trying to rectify thier mistake not mine.

Looked on ring camera. Nobody ever came to the door to deliver the pizza. I called the next day. They were willing to make another pizza, I had to take the time out of my day to drive all the way down to pick it up, they would not refund my delivery fee. They would not accommodate me in anyway for the inconvenience that they cause not to mention my friend who just got out of the hospital, went without dinner.
