  Chipotle back in the day was the best. They had good quality food, the service was good, the portions were good. But now you are served portions that are almost non existent, served cold, the quality is just awful and you are treated coldly. Wish I could leave zero stars truthfully. Do better Chipotle.

  Disgustingly filthy. Pros: - Rewards program. Cons: - Lobby is disgusting. Garbages overflowing. Drinks spilled on chairs. Tables covered in food waste. No utensils available. - Food preparation areas and floors are a disaster. - Missing multiple items from order. - Higher prices than local Mexican restaurants and taco trucks. This Chipotle is so bad that I don't understand how it is in business. Filthy does not begin to describe both the lobby and food preparation areas. For a chain that is known to poison its customers they sure haven't learned a thing over the years. There is no telling what you will actually receive as the consistency from order to order is zero. I'm insulted that I'm asked to pay more money than local Mexican restaurants and taco trucks.

  I paid for my order, waited 5 minutes, drove .23 miles, status jumps from received order to order ready in the parking lot. Pull in to the drive thru get my food, drive back food is some how cold already, bowl is half full and almost no meat all rice. Gf's burrito fits in the palm of my hand. Not happy.

  The store is dirty, all tables, windows, bathroom. Employees rude (girl cashier), stand around and chit chat. They require a purchase to use the bathroom which I found to be dehumanizing. $21 for a burrito, guac and drink. How can they stay in business with high prices, mediocre service, unclean/unsanitary environment?

  Ordered 2 burritos for my husband and myself... around 3:30pm on 12/26/26...Staff was very unfriendly and made our burritos so poorly they ripped and fell apart as soon as we un did the foil. I had asked the girl if she could double wrap my burrito as she was wrapping mine because it was such a mess and she just didnt respond lol! Such a waste for $30. Would recommend anywhere else or sticking to ordering a bowl since thats what your burrito will be anyway. I try to never leave bad reviews ...but the poor customer service was the cherry on top of a horrible burrito. 👎
