  Si se utiliza los kioskos para ordenar no hay problema pero si te acercas a la registradora o esperas por tu comida te encuentras en que no hay ningún empleado dispuesto a ayudarte, no hay amabilidad, cuando se acerca un empleado te dice que necesita no hay “ buenos días, tardes o lo que sea de acuerdo a la hora luego te dan la comida y se dan media vuelta no esperan a que tú revises tu orden y si necesitas algo más. Desafortunadamente tengo que venir a este lugar por que está cerca de mi trabajo y el otro McDonald’s que está un poco más lejos es peor, así que de lo peor voy al menos peor.

  Writing I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a deluxe breakfast through the drive-thru and clearly asked for no meat, and even requested extra eggs (which I was willing to pay for). The employee at the window told me to wait at spot number 4 and said they would bring it out. When I got to my office and opened the meal, they had still put pork in it—something I specifically said I do not eat. This is now the second time this has happened, which is unacceptable. This kind of mistake shows a lack of attention and professionalism. Customers should be able to trust that their dietary requests are taken seriously, especially when clearly communicated. Very disappointed with the service.

  Only orders a drink and 2 breakfast sandwiches and got both wrong, very displeased the cashier didn't even repeat my order her just said "here you go" and left.
