- ZZzoeyDec 30, 20251.0FOOD POISONING. My family stopped here on the way home from a day at Universal, we all felt great and were just looking for a quick bite before bed. My husband and I had Mcchickens and my 1 year old had Nuggets. My older kid fell asleep before eating and never ate his food (thankfully). We ate around 10pm and by midnight I was violently puking. My husband woke around 3am also puking and my 1 year old woke us up at 6am dripping diarrhea. Older kid is fine. I called, and the lady who answered basically said there was no way and that I must be confused about what location we ate at. She was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. It was obvious she just wanted to get off the phone. I do not recommend eating here and I do plan on reporting to the local health department.

When I called to tell the "manager" she hung up on me and she i called again she called me a liar and hung up again so gave up. Never will eat there Again!

Always sending customers to a designated spot and that spot is always taken, kid comes out with our order but doesn’t know who to give it to. Today is the very last time I come to this place.

The employees were working really hard but short staffed it’s not their fault they deserve a raise. The food was delicious. I dislike the way you have to ask the hard working employees for every single thing but looking at the area I understand why. I dislike that there is not play place.
