I order the queso blanco guacamole burrito. I pull up to the window the guy working the window doesn't greet me nor make sure what my order is he just looks and says 10.96$ no hi how are you or anything .. he gives me my card and receipt then hands me a bag . I get back to my office just find a very small burrito I slightly open it . It's nothing but beans and rice .. now I'm irritated I only get 30min for lunch and now I have to drive back because for almost 11$ a bean and rice burrito a fraction of the size of what I should of received is completely not acceptable. I drive back walk in a lady asked if she can help me . I said yes this is not what I ordered and had to drive back here to you guys .. then she tells another lady about the order they made me another one .. at this point a sincere apology. Would have been great and to offer maybe a side of chips or anything to correct. The mistake that they have done would have been nice but nothing was offered just my original burrito that I ordered and now that I didn't have time to sit down for lunch to eat. Very disappointing..
