I sat there like an idiot watching employees chat and ignore me. Finally, one of them glances my way and asks what I’m waiting for. I tell them my order name, and they casually say, “Oh yeah, we don’t put orders on the to-go rack anymore.” Excuse me?! Then WHY is that stupid rack even there, taking up space and mocking everyone? And don’t get me started on the app’s pickup instructions that SPECIFICALLY say to “grab your order from the pickup shelf.” What a joke!
