  I went to order. Was waiting for over 10 minutes and not one employee even acknowledged me. They had one person finishing a catering order in the front, two people talking by the register, and then two other people were doing online orders. I left. Definitely avoid this location if you want any service.

  I usually like going to this location, it’s close to work, but recently I’ve had a very bad experience. There’s one employee who is pretty rude. I’ve been rushed by him twice. Before I can order he’s already scooping stuff in the bowl without me asking, and before I can finish my sentence he’s already on to the next question. He even oversteps his coworkers stations. When I mentioned it he just laughed and said “I like to overwhelm people” . I have enough to deal with, I don’t need him giving me more anxiety. I understand this is fast food but I was the only one in line and I felt very very rushed . I won’t be back

  Worst Chipotle Mexican Grill location I’ve been to. Every time I come in, the staff seem like they hate being there. There’s no customer service, and most of the employees are rude and don’t seem to care about their jobs. This last visit was the worst. I asked if I could do half-and-half protein, and they told me they couldn’t do it. But when I go on the app, it literally gives the option to select half-and-half protein. The experience here is always disappointing. I hope management looks into the customer service at this location.

  Absolute Disaster of a Pickup Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give zero stars, but Google won’t let me. Ordered ahead through the app for a quick pickup, thinking it’d be easy. Nope! Arrived on time, and my food is just chilling on the back counter like it’s on vacation. I sat there like an idiot watching employees chat and ignore me. Finally, one of them glances my way and asks what I’m waiting for. I tell them my order name, and they casually say, “Oh yeah, we don’t put orders on the to-go rack anymore.” Excuse me?! Then WHY is that stupid rack even there, taking up space and mocking everyone? And don’t get me started on the app’s pickup instructions that SPECIFICALLY say to “grab your order from the pickup shelf.” What a joke!
