This is my second time visiting since they moved across the street. The store is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were young, friendly, and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: missing toppings. They didn’t have hot chocolate syrup, which is essential for a banana split. The whipped cream was flat and seemed watered down, likely from being left out too long. Making a banana split isn’t hard, but without the right ingredients, the experience falls short. The alternative topping combinations didn’t really work either. If the manager sees this, I hope you make sure all toppings are consistently available and fresh. Pros: clean place, nice staff Cons: missing toppings, quality issues With better preparation, this place could be much better.

It’s ridiculous that they cut the line off at 2:45pm when it says until 3pm. RIDICULOUS AND UNFAIR. According to who stopped the line, the employees are going to be tired , but that’s not our perogative. They should have sorted this before.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
