    I usually come to this location to purchase take out for my family , but I dont understand why some of the women servers act like I am asking them for free food. The servers give us attitude and speak to us in a tone of voice like we don't understand what language they are speaking. The 3 tacos i ordered were barely half way cause the server was so stingy with the servings. If they don't like there job , they should just do the paying customers a favor and just find something else.

    EDIT: I received an email from their customer support team. The customer service was surprisingly worse than I expected and the bar was already set low. I'm lowering my review rating since I didn't get any feedback from the manager or location themselves and went through either an AI bot or overseas customer support channel. Does not feel that my experience will lead to any significant changes to their service for future folks. This just solidifies my decision to never come back. I ordered two steak bowls online, but realized that one of the bowls was completely missing the meat. It was stacked with so much salad, but no steak at all. Ended up driving back to have them redo my order. Thankfully, they did it for free, but I didn't appreciate their attitude. Just brushed me off like I was in the wrong. Granted, they seemed overworked and checked out. I get it. I worked retail in the past and it can be frustrating. But I've had enough tact to apologize to the customer for a mistake. This isn't the first time this has happened and similar errors were made when I bought from this location. I guess it's my fault for giving the Alondra Chipotle so many chances. Or maybe I'm the fool for still going to Chipotle. Moving forward, I'll just stick to street tacos or Taco Nazo if quick and satisfying Mexican food.

    I wanted an Asada burrito but they were basically out of asada (even though it was like 12pm when i got there) so I said the rest in steak was fine (I've had steak burritos in other locations before and it's great)- it was hardly edible- i kept having to pick out "meat" - every bite i took was mixed with that chewy/hard part thats not really meat. It was honestly gross- cant believe i paid $16 for this...

    They don’t have new chipotle menu items I asked if I could try their carne asada and thought it was pork. Instead of correcting me, two workers decided to stare at each other and gave a weird look. That’s rude. The dude who makes the mobile order is rude as well. I asked for a bag and his tone and face seemed like I seriously inconvenienced him. AC isn’t strong enough. Will never go back here again. I’ve been to a couple and this place is the worst one yet.
