  I had a very poor experience at this location. The service was really bad — long wait times and staff didn’t seem attentive. I understand places get busy, but this felt unprofessional. I hope management works on improving customer service.

  I don't understand why it is so hard to be a decent human being, instead u don't say goodmorning or have a good day. It's better to just talk and chit chat with your coworker about something you did last night. I don't care about your night I just want my food, so do your job that I'm sure you get paid for and being a courteous human being.

  I had the lady at the drive thru lie to my face about an item that was on a deal I wanted off the app because she said she didn’t have enough chicken nuggets for a 20 piece. So I tried to change my order to something else and then she said we don’t enough nuggets for a meal deal either which was only 8 nuggets. I wanted a refund so instead of giving me a refund they actually were able to fulfill the order I wanted through the app? lol so they must of magically had enough. Seems they are not wanting to promote or offers through the app. Also had the manager Claudia lie to my face about her name while she had her name tag on. I think he said her name was Michelle. Very professional lol.

  I pass here once or twice a week for a while now around 630am on my way to work. There’s a girl that takes orders, I haven’t been able to see her name tag but she is very young, thin, long braided hair. Somehow she always manages to either get my order wrong or miss something. At first I thought it was because sometimes she is alone and has to take orders, payment and hand out also. But she still messes up when there’s help. I don’t understand how it is that she had me wait in line in the drive thru saying she’ll be with me soon, then a second car appears on the next line and she takes him right away. I can tell she is trying but at the same time either give her more help or orientation.
