  Horrible staff. Some male teenager took my order and then just left without saying anything and went to take out the trash while I waited wondering where he went. If you don’t want to work simply quit!! No one is forcing you but don’t take it out on customers. Learn some manners man. He also was taking people’s orders and making drinks and didn’t even wash his hands after touching the trash !

  This location lacks customer service! I seriously don't know what it is but the staff ALWAYS have attitude! Every single one of them... You won't get greeted, waiting time is horrible and cold drinks are 90% ice.

  I had a bad experience 😪.. this is the second time.. first time I was singled out while on my last 10 mins of break the manager told me i couldn't sit in there if I wasn't a customer. I informed her I was a regular customer, she said but you didnt purchase anything now. I was the only person in there I felt singled out. Then I go back later that day to buy something and rheres homeless people in there charging their phones and hadnt made a purchase. Well today I was starting my day out went to purchase a hot tea , I currently don't have any money in my account so I had to use cash. The cashier was really nice but I she said she had to ask manager who happened to be the same girl who kicked me out prior. Said she couldn't take my 50.00 dollar bill because I didn't spend enough. She wasn't empathetic at all she d9dnt even care . I honestly will have to stop going there because of this new manager. I don't know what she has against me. Everyone else has been very nice to me. I didn't catch her name but she has braces.
