  Se que es malo juzgar por todos pero el chico que me atendió fue muy tardado con lo mio siendo que estaba platicando con sus compañeras y viendo su teléfono antes que hacer mi café

  I think these is the worse dutch bros in Ceres very bad customer services only good with workers that have been working for dutch for years but still very moody and they give you attitude there's only 1 or 2 that have giving me good customer service but the rest very bad not happy with these dutch bros

  Dutch Bros is honestly one of the best drink spots. The staff always have such positive energy, and they’re really kind when taking your order. My drink tasted amazing and came out quickly. I love how they make every visit feel special, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Every time I go to Dutch Bros, I have a good experience. The employees are always talkative and nice, which makes the line go by fast. The drinks are always consistent and really good. It’s a great place to go if you want something tasty and good vibes at the same time.

  I’ve been here a couple of times now, and unfortunately both visits were disappointing. Most recently, I went to the walk-up window to order and stood there for about five minutes without any acknowledgment—the employee just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could place an order, I was told it would be “in a moment.” After waiting a bit longer, the same employee spoke to someone else, who looked at me and then walked to the back. Shortly after, the outdoor music was turned up extremely loud. When that person returned to take my order, the volume was so high that I had to practically shout just to be heard.

  I love Dutch bros. I go to several locations all the time regularly, this location however has the worst service I’ve ever received and that sucks because it’s near my home. I have given this Dutch bros so many opportunities to get it right and I’ve never received a fresh drink from this location. Why I’m writing today is because when I go to the window to order, why 15 minutes later is an employee asking if I had a pick up, told her I placed an order a while ago so she goes to check the fridge. I have been waiting outside for an extra 7 minutes waiting for nothing. It’s so infuriating
