  Customer service is awful few times I've gone through drive-thru and they won't take your order they claim they can't do both drive through and inside which they didn't have no customers at all I asked them why don't they put a clothing sign in drive through they claim they will get in trouble by their own policies they rather have customers waiting in the Drive-Thru without being taken care of so I get off to place my order and they still give you attitude for no reason Subway please do better you already lost this customer as you can see there is no one here and they won't take your over through drive-thru but they're in the back chit chatting about their family

  I put in my order in online for a combo sandwich for my wife and myself. She wanted the chocolate chip cookie but when I arrived they did not have any. My wife did not want what they had available so she asked for chips instead. I asked for the chips and they said that I could not do that because I paid for one cookie (1 dollar) and the chips were 1.99. I said that's fine I will pay the difference. The lady working said I could not do that. I said why and she did not give me an answer. I said- ok. I don't want the cookie so I would like the dollar I paid back. She said she could not do that but again did not give me a reason why. I asked for her name and her manager so I could discuss this with them. She refused and told me that she did not have a manager. Essentially, they offered a product which I paid for- when I arrived that product was not there. I offered to pay the difference for another item and was refused with no good reason. I then asked for my refund since they were not going to honor what I paid for. I ended up picking a cookie rather than paying for nothing. It seems like all of this could have been solved by a little math and common sense. Neither prevailed that day. This occurred at approximately 2:15 pm on Monday 3/16/2026 at Subway 49603-0 at 34041 Date Palm Cathedral City. I welcome management to contact regarding this matter if they are interested. PS- both of our sandwiches were also made incorrectly with ingredients mixed up between the two sandwiches. It was a true win all the way around!

  And now because of your attitude towards my suggestion you now get a one-star review. When there's tons of flies and gnats all over the food while I'm standing there waiting for her to finish with another customer. I just see flies touching everything. I don't know why I even got the sandwich to start with after that. But when checking out and giving her a suggestion to Maybe cover the food when not being used and immediately she gave me an attitude. And then when handing me the receipt she just bluntly put it in my face all aggressively. This location is the definition of depression. Nobody Smiles nobody greets you. Sometimes I'm just standing there waiting for one of these fools to come out of the back. Poorly ran location and whoever owns this location should feel embarrassed.

  Worst service ever they always say they can’t cancel orders so they can keep your money even if the order is not even being made, restaurant is dirty and if you dot put attention they don’t give you promotion or discounts this a franchise that why they have terrible service and customer service.

  Excellent, Sunday, sub of the day, 6" combo, Philly steak. Made it a foot long for only $3 more.
