  Long wait for it not being very busy. We parked but should have gone through the drive through. Food was ok and took a long time to be made. We were not impressed and won't be back.

  Our shakes were good, but it was a disappointment seeing them sitting on a tray for ten minutes, in Palm Springs of all places, when it was 78 degrees or warmer before they were served to us, just because they only seemed to have two people working there. The Sonic in Beaumont is like that too. They only ever have two or maybe three people working there and always have a help wanted sign up, but they never seem to hire more employees. The Sonic in Beaumont is never as busy as the one in Palm Springs was, but nobody wants to be see their food or drinks just sitting there for ten minutes just because nobody's brought them out yet. Shakes were good, but more like a waterd down smoothie because of that. When I get them at the Sonic in Beaumont, they're cold and super thick, almost like trying to suck ice cream through a straw.. and not ice cream through a straw that's been left out on the counter for ten minutes either.

  The double smasher deal is the best of all the fast food places right now I say with the Angus beef and this price, this is my 10th time in the last 30 days!

  We ordered ahead of time (2 hours ahead). When we got there with very little time to waste) food was not ready. Part of the order was ready after a 20 minute wait and I had to leave without part of the order although it was paid for. The “order ahead” is a joke. I still was late back to work even though I work 3 minutes away. The manager needs to get his/her act together. This is not the first time this happens, but the last time for me. Never counting on them or ordering again from this location.
