  First of all, we love Pizza Hut in general, but this location is a 0/10, not only did we wait 30 mins in the drive thru to pick up our online order that was supposed to be ready, but when we picked it up we tipped them and went home and realized they did not give us our full order PLUS our personal pan pizza that we asked with basil drizzle did not have it. So we went back NICELY letting them know that we were missing an order of wings and believe our personal pan pizza was missing the Basil, they already knew our wings were missing because before i can say “we were just here and we didn’t get….” The guy said “your boneless wings” i said yes thank you and brought up the missing basil and he asked if he can take our box back to add the basil and he over exaggeratedly added SO MUCH basil sauce. Idk but the fact that it took them so long to attend us, plus forgot to give us items and then over exaggerating adding the basil after we came back was just poor customer service & sad, we even tipped them after they took 30 mins of keeping us waiting. Employees that were working here between 9 p.m - 11 p.m on April 8th at the drive thru window, shame on you. If you don’t like your job, then do better.

  My experience was great didn't have to wait as long they were on point with the time phrase from the moment I ordered it to the moment of picking up. Great customer service sense of humor they carry overall I was satisfied

  Tried going here 01/27/26 and stayed maybe two minutes before smelling why smelt like open sewage also looking around they don’t have their food grade printed anywhere for customers to see if they have a passing grade or not. When I asked a worker about it he said oh it’s just the restroom pipes and seemed to ignore my question about the food grade sign being posted anywhere.And as he is talking behind him I see an older gentleman pulling dirty pizza pans and putting them inside a dirty wheeled trash can so he didn’t have to make multiple trips to the sink. I took my kids here for my daughter’s bday and they saw this go down too. We immediately left. And went to a pizza place down the street with the food grade A placed directly behind the order counter. As they should! Do not go here. If so you will more than likely get stomach aches from how poorly this place is taken care of.
