I always order via the app, but they don't prepare the food until you check in at the call box, so the only advantage is for the app only rewards and promotions. 50% or more of the time, they will forget at least 1 item from my order so I'm getting ripped off. Especially during the summer the inside has a lot of local people hanging out in the a/c avoiding the heat. Only use the drive through.
