When I arrived to politely pick up my online order, one of the two employees working was extremely rude. She told me, in an unfriendly tone, that I had to wait, and her demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. What made the situation worse was that she then spoke in Spanish to her coworker while pointing at me, accompanied by a rude facial expression. This behavior felt disrespectful and uncalled for. On top of this, my sandwich was made very poorly — messy and sloppily put together, unlike the quality I’ve consistently received at other Subway locations. At one point, the employee even tossed my sandwich onto the counter, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and to receive the quality of food Subway is known for. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers do not have a similar experience.
