    Cardboard Food I'd been told that the food at Pollo Loco, and especially at Cathedral City, was cardboard-like. But when I went and bought a donkey, I didn't know it was a bunk when I ate it. Cardboard came out on the donkey. Okay, what a way to chase off customers. I'm not going back! You know if you want cardboard among your ingredients.

    I AM DISGUSTED with my visit an absolutely annoyed. I waited 10 minutes to take my order then 5 more trying to get my order out while constantly being asked if I have a coupon for each item I ordered. Finally get my food home the guacamole is Brown my food itself look like someone spit in it I spent $32 for 2 people to eat and it was absolute garbage.
