  I visited this location to try Dutch Bros for the first time ever and it was amazing! I was helped by Faith and she not only recommended me some items she thought I should try, but told me all about the great rewards system as well. I had a great experience and loved the drink I got to try! They’re super efficient and friendly all around, but please give Faith a pat on the back for making my experience top notch!!

  It was my first time visiting the Coachella Valley for a softball tournament, and I stopped by in the morning — and I’m so glad I did. Brianna completely turned my day around. I was tired and needed something to wake me up, and she recommended the perfect drink. It was exactly what I needed! Not only was the drink amazing, but her energy was even better. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about the people she serves. She even took the time to recommend different places I should try while I’m here in the Coachella Valley, which meant so much since it’s my first time visiting. It didn’t feel like just a quick stop it felt personal. Because of her incredible customer service and positive attitude, I will definitely be coming back again while I’m in town. She truly made my whole morning better. Thank you, Brianna, for making my first experience in the Coachella Valley so special!

  This was my first time visiting Dutch Bros, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! As soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted with such a warm, upbeat attitude. It immediately set the tone and made me feel welcomed. Gabe helped me, and his customer service was truly outstanding. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire interaction. He made the experience feel personal and un-rushed, which I really appreciated. I even asked for his name because I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserves. For a first visit, this completely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back — great service like that makes all the difference!

  I love DB, but the wait times at this location can be over 30 minutes! 😣 Everyone is so incredibly nice and I've never had a drink made incorrectly, but I've never been to one that consistently has slow service. Please DB!! I would go to this location more often but it's not worth leaving 45 minutes early for work just for a drink. Please help them!! 😩

  Tonight I went to Dutch Bros through the drive-thru. The young lady taking my order was genuinely friendly and helpful, and she was also making my drink. However, there was another barista in the background who noticed that after I placed my order I rolled my window up because it was about 62 degrees outside. I still left my window cracked a little. While I was waiting, I heard him say: “Window up, hater vibes.” I rolled my window down and asked, “Hater vibes?” because I was uncomfortable and wanted to understand what he meant. At first, I was ignored. When the young lady handed me my drink, I asked her his name and she told me it was Gabe, and said he was “just joking.” I’ve never heard anyone say that to a customer before, and it didn’t feel like a joke. It felt judgmental and rude especially coming from someone who doesn’t know me. I don’t think he realized I could hear him, but I absolutely could. The interaction left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable, and honestly it ruined my experience to the point where I didn’t even want to drink what I ordered. February 3th, 2026 @8-9pm I reached out to Dutch bros customer service on their website and they completely ignored my concern and sent a general email saying “we’re so happy you had a great experience!” They clearly don’t read what we write in the content.
